Community Ambassador Program

Purpose

Be a bridge builder in the Old Towne retail areas

Duties

Walk Olde Town Arvada in two hour shifts
Follow the guidance of the Lead Ambassador
Pick up trash, and pet droppings
Interact in a positive way with retail owners and unhoused people

Skills

Customer service and communication skills.
Builds confidence through positive interactions.
Teaches community responsibility and teamwork.
Improves the Old Towne area for everyone.

Requirements

Must complete training.
Be capable of walking 1 mile
Interaction with the Unhoused is optional and subject to volunteer`s comfort level.
